Build coordination, agility, and core stability. This day develops Titan-like control, balance, and explosive movement patterns.

  • 🌀 Agility Ladder Drills: 3 rounds — Focus on quick feet and rhythm
  • 🧱 Plank Variations: 3 sets of 45 sec — Mix high/low planks, side planks
  • 🧠 Box Jumps: 4 sets of 5 reps — Max height with control on landing
  • 🌕 Russian Twists: 3 sets of 20 reps — Add weight for difficulty
  • 🔥 Conditioning Circuit: 3 rounds — Jump Rope (30s), Burpees (10 reps), Mountain Climbers (20 reps)

Rest 60–90 seconds between circuits. Engage your core and move with intent.
