Regenerate, decompress, and move better. This active recovery day helps Toji stay deadly without wearing down.
- ๐๏ธ Light Cardio: 20 min incline walk or slow bike โ steady breathing.
- ๐โโ๏ธ Static Stretch Series: Hold each stretch (hamstring, quad, hip, pec, back) for 30โ60 seconds.
- ๐ Foam Rolling: 10 min โ glutes, calves, traps, lats.
- โฎ Breathing/Meditation: 5โ10 min nasal breathing or mindfulness.
- ๐ญ Mobility Flow: Deep squat hold, shoulder circles, thoracic twists โ 2 rounds.
